My name is Mark, and I started Digital Reboot to make technology work for people, rather than against them. With 16 years of experience in the industry—including the last five years here in Wellington—I’ve seen every side of the tech world, from the retail bench to the home office.

Some problems simply need to be solved where they happen. I offer on-site troubleshooting for those frustrating issues that stop your home or office from running. I handle Wi-Fi dead zones, printer connectivity, new device setups, and account sync issues. Because I ride a motorcycle, I can get to your door quickly across Wellington, the Hutt, and Porirua without worrying about traffic or parking fees.

3. Specialist Workshop Repairs

For the “heavy lifting,” I maintain a professional-grade lab in my Lower Hutt garage. This isn’t a hobbyist’s bench; it’s a dedicated workspace fitted with high-end microscopes, microsoldering stations, and diagnostic tools used by top-tier service centres. I specialize in complex hardware saves—like liquid damage recovery and board-level repairs—that many standard shops aren’t equipped to handle.
