Nobody likes a surprise bill. I keep my pricing clear and fair, and I’ll always tell you what something is likely to cost before any work starts. For repairs, a bench fee may apply for diagnosis depending on the job, and I’ll talk this through with you first. No hidden fees. No upselling. Just honest advice and a clear plan.

Photos, messages, passwords, work files. It’s all important, and I treat it with care. I never access your data unless it’s absolutely necessary, and only ever with your permission. Your privacy matters to me every step of the way.
